Cancellations by guests

  • More than 48 hours before the tour: full refund.
  • 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour: no refund.

Cancellations by Mauritius Hiking Guides

If we cancel due to unsafe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

No-shows

Guests who do not arrive at the meeting point within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
