The booking agreement between you and Mauritius Hiking Guides.
By booking a tour with Mauritius Hiking Guides, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received in full or the agreed deposit is made. Prices are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless otherwise stated.
Participant requirements
Participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to hike. The minimum age and fitness requirements vary by tour and are stated on each tour page.
Liability
Hiking involves inherent risks. Participants follow the guide's instructions at all times. Mauritius Hiking Guides is not liable for injuries or losses resulting from participant negligence or unpreparedness.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify an itinerary due to weather, safety, or other circumstances beyond our control.
